Jacksonville pharmacies owner to pay $7.4M to settle lawsuit over Medicare TRICARE bills

Two Jacksonville pharmacies and one of their founders will pay at least $7.4 million to settle a federal lawsuit that claimed pharmacists added antipsychotics to handcrafted pain creams to raise profits, government attorneys said.
