The City of Albuquerque is offering free admission to the ABQ BioPark Zoo, Aquarium, and Botanic Garden, Albuquerque Museum, and Anderson Abruzzo Albuquerque International Balloon Museum on New Year's Eve. Early closure at the facilities is 3 p.m..
