Halloween Outlook: Wet in New England, Chilly in the Midwest, Dry Elsewhere

After a week of thunderstorms, flooding rain and high winds in some parts of the country, there will be no major storms in play Sunday. Most of the nation will experience dry weather after a week of wet conditions, with one exception.
