DALLAS (KXAN) — Shoppers at a Dallas mall mistook the sounds of a man banging his skateboard on the floor for gunfire Monday afternoon, police said. Officers responded to the NorthPark Center Mall close to 1:30 p.m. after reports of an active shooter.
