RUSSELL COUNTY —One person died in an accident just after 11a.m. Wednesday in Russell County. The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2000 Jeep SUV driven by Miyotzi A. Jemenez, 24, Sperry, OK., was westbound on Interstate 70 at Pioneer Road.
