Restaurants in Colorado see easing of indoor dining coronavirus restrictions as “lifeline”

Hundreds of restaurants in Colorado, prohibited from offering indoor dining for nearly six weeks due to an autumn spike in COVID-19 cases, are ready to put a hopeful toe back in the water as they await an easing of public health restrictions come Monday.
