Unusually early tropical disturbance forms in Eastern Pacific Ocean

A tropical disturbance is currently swirling about 750 miles south-southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula, according to the National Hurricane Center. An alert from the center, based in Miami, Fla. was issued at 6:45 a.m. Hawaii time.
