Nearly 14% of New Yorkers test positive for antibodies showing Covid-19 infection

The new coronavirus does not appear to have spread as fast in Western New York as in the rest of the state. Just 3.6% of upstate residents tested positive for the antibodies that show they contracted Covid-19, according to results of the state's initial sampling.
