COVID-19 cases in North Dakota rise to 45; workers' comp extended to first responders

Gov. Doug Burgum reported nine more positive tests for COVID-19 at the daily press briefing on Wednesday in the state Capitol in Bismarck. To date there are 45 people in North Dakota who have tested positive for COVID-19 out of 1,955 total tests.
