Names of Note: Academic Decathletes advance. Ceres Chamber honors residents

Oakdale High School won the 40th annual Stanislaus County Academic Decathlon and will move on to the statewide event. Placing second was Hughson High School, which last year won a national title. Enochs High School in Modesto was third.
