Celebration of life held for Portland City Commissioner Nick Fish

PORTLAND, Ore. — A public celebration of life is being held Sunday for Portland City Commissioner Nick Fish. Fish died in January after a lengthy battle with stomach cancer. He was 61 years old. Fish served 11 years on Portland City Council.
