CASS COUNTY — A 41-year-old Kalamazoo man and 38-year-old White Pigeon man were both charged Wednesday with open murder and 10 other felonies for their alleged roles in the Jan. 27 shooting death of 40-year-old Dowagiac man Michael Collins.
