NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — North Charleston Police Chief Reggie Burgess admitted to $31,000 of unpaid taxes on Friday, but clarified he's paid them off. "That was my issue and I owned up to that," Chief Burgess said during a press conference.
