MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA) - On Sunday, leaders dedicated a statue honoring Rosa Parks and Civil Rights foot soldiers in downtown Montgomery. The dedication marks the 64th anniversary of Parks' arrest for refusing to give up her seat on a city bus.
