SPARTANBURG, S.C. (WYFF) - A former teacher has been charged with four counts of child cruelty in Spartanburg County, police say. Inman police said Brooke Ashleigh Shull, 24, was arrested Tuesday. Shull taught at Inman Intermediate School, police said.
